Marketing & Content Creation Intern
Water is too precious to use once. We help industry reuse it, and we need you to tell that story: video, design, storytelling and AI tools, six months of real ownership.
We usually respond within three days
We're looking for a creative, hands-on intern who wants to make an unglamorous industry look as important as it actually is, and who is eager to build with AI rather than just use it.
Industrial water treatment is not an obvious subject to make people care about. Most of our sector communicates like an equipment catalogue. We want to do the opposite, and we need someone to help us do it.
What you'll do
Review and rebuild our marketing materials: commercial deck, sector one-pagers, case studies, templates, brand assets
Build and run a full campaign around one of our flagship references, the water treatment and reuse system of the Princess Elisabeth Antarctica research station
Produce project videos and customer testimonials, filmed on our clients' industrial sites, from preparation to final edit
Design the visuals for our LinkedIn content, working hand in hand with our content marketing lead
Organise and deliver a photo and video shoot of the whole team
Build AI tools that make our content production faster and more repeatable, and document them so the team can keep using them after you leave
Run your own creative project, chosen with us, from idea to publication
What you'll bring
A degree, or studies in progress, in marketing, communication, graphic design, journalism, film or a related field
A portfolio we can look at. We care far more about what you've made than about where you studied
Solid design skills (Canva, Adobe suite or equivalent) and real video editing ability
Comfortable filming yourself: framing, sound, light, the basics done properly on a noisy factory floor
Genuine curiosity for AI tools, and the reflex to build something reusable rather than a one-off prompt
Storytelling instinct: you can turn a technical process into something a human wants to read or watch
Autonomous, structured and proactive. You'll have real ownership and little supervision
Willing to put on safety boots and a hard hat. A good part of the material is shot on industrial sites
Fluent English. French is a strong plus, Dutch is a bonus
Legally authorised to do an internship in Belgium
No prior experience in industry or in water is expected. We'll teach you the subject. What we can't teach in six months is taste and drive.
What we offer
A real mission with real deliverables, not coffee runs and social media scheduling
Full ownership of your projects and direct access to the founders
A purpose-driven startup shaping the future of water sustainability in Belgium and Europe
Freedom to experiment with AI tools, and the mandate to change how we work
A portfolio of work you'll actually want to show afterwards
Our office in Brussels, Chaussée de la Hulpe 187, with regular travel to client sites across Belgium
The practical side
Duration: 6 months
Start: flexible, ideally autumn 2026
Location: Brussels, with regular visits to client sites
This is a paid internship
Open to students on a school internship agreement, and to recent graduates through a professional immersion agreement (CIP). Tell us which applies to you and we'll handle the paperwork with your school or with Actiris
