We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for water technology who is ready to take ownership of projects end-to-end and grow with us.

What you’ll do

• Conduct project engineering: water audits, process optimization, techno-economic assessments, and dimensioning.

• Lead projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring smooth design, site coordination, and startup.

• Manage suppliers, technical partners, and subcontractors.

• Ensure quality, timeline, and budget targets are met to the highest standards.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Spot and nurture new project opportunities with existing and new clients.

• Prepare strong technical and commercial proposals.

• Coach & manager junior team members

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanics, chemical, environmental, bioengineering, or similar).

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, or as a Commissioning Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer in the industrial sector.

• Experience in the water treatment sector (industrial water, wastewater, reuse, process/drinking water) is a strong plus.

• Broad technical knowledge and appetite for water processes and technologies.

• Versatile profile with exposure to multiple engineering disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills and a natural business sense.

• Proactive, autonomous, structured, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Comfortable switching between office meetings and muddy job sites.

• French native/bilingual; Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
